Regarding Right To Information
In pursuance to the sub-section (1)&(2) of section 5 of Right to Information Act, 2005 ushed in the Gazette of India extraordinary part-II No. 25, Rajpatra-31. 1927 (SAKA) dated 15th June, 2005, and in- order to make the information accessable under Act ibid, the H.P.Power Corporation is pleased to designate the following officers as Appellate Authority, Public Information Officers and Asstt. Public Information Officers at various levels for citizen to secure access to formation under the control of HPPCL as public authority, with immediate effect:-
